Legal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 5 October 2026.
These website terms are a practical template. They are not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel, and they do not set a court or governing law until the business adds that detail. Do not treat placeholders as verified company facts.
Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the public website operated by the operator of this website (legal name to be configured) and published at https://devsgrid.com. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is provided for general information about Devsgrid services and for sending a business inquiry.
An inquiry is not a contract
Sending the form, receiving an acknowledgement, or exchanging email does not create a development contract, a hire, or an obligation to start work. A paid engagement begins only when both sides agree in a separate written agreement. Prices, timelines, and deliverables in conversation are proposals until that agreement exists.
Information on the site
We aim to describe the services clearly. Pages may be updated, and a description of a possible engagement is not a promise that a particular developer, start date, or result is available. Examples of software we can staff or build are capabilities, not claims about completed client work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break, scan, or overload it, sending unlawful or deceptive inquiries, or trying to inject content into the form or email headers. We may ignore or refuse a submission that looks abusive.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, and original graphics are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may not copy them for another business's website. Technology names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe skills. An engagement agreement, not these website terms, covers ownership of software written for a client.
Third-party services
Email is delivered through the SMTP provider the operator configures. Links to external sites, if any are added later, are outside this website. Those sites have their own terms.
Liability for the website
The website is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising only from use of the public pages or from a temporary failure of the inquiry form. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. A separate contract will set the responsibilities for any paid work.
Engagements
Staffing, team, and project work are governed by the statement of work or other contract you sign. If that contract and these website terms ever overlap, the contract controls the engagement. These website terms control use of the site.
Governing law
A governing law and venue have not been published here, because inventing a jurisdiction would be misleading. That detail should be added by the business, with counsel, before these terms are treated as final. Until then, these terms still describe how the website may be used.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. The version you are reading is the current website version.
